Sleaford Rd. Phase One Completed and Let as our first dedicated Key Worker House

It was a busy second half of the year in 2020, navigating the impact of COVID 19 on the construction supply chain and our lenders has been hard work but we have successfully completed Phase One Sleaford Rd.

This saw us take an uninhabitable seven bedroom Victorian house and create one five bedroom high end HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) “80 Sleaford Rd.” and one four bedroom family home “The Chestnuts”. The four bedroom house is on the market to be sold and we have retained the HMO as part of our rental stock in our lettings business.

The HMO is by far our best work to date and this is all down to our excellent team of contract tradesman led by Jackie Cridland our amazing General Manager in Boston. We are very proud of restoring this grand old building to its former glory.

These are difficult times and we wanted to do as much as possible to support those that are helping the country through the effects of COVID19.

80 Sleaford Rd is our first Key Worker house where we have offered premium rooms some with en-suites at a discount of 10% against market rate for anyone who is employed by the NHS, healthcare professional, as a teacher or by the emergency services. It’s a small thank you for putting their lives on the line every day to keep us all safe.

Work on Phase Two begins in Jan 2021 and will see the addition of a three bed and four bed pair of semi-detached houses in the same style as the main house.
