Example Project: Tattershall Road, Boston
Tattershall Rd. was a family home with a converted shop and garage attached to it. The house was let as an unlicensed HMO when we acquired it but we purchased with vacant possession and immediately applied for planning to convert the house legally into an HMO with additional two bedroom self contained annex.
The pictures below show the journey the house took as we rebuilt a garden room into a large new very light kitchen, renovated all the bathrooms, created two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in the Annex. The house then underwent full redecoration with new carpets and furniture.
Example Project: Granville Street, Boston
Back in 2017 we renovated a two bed terrace house into a three bed HMO. Its proved to be one of our most popular houses with people calling us up after they’ve left looking to re-let because they have more work in the area. We came to realise that the smaller number of bedrooms, proximity to the town centre and access to a garden was attractive to our tenants who are typically Professionals working on contracts in the local area.
We located a similar house in late 2018 and agreed to purchase. Like most of the houses we acquire this one had little investment made into it for over 20 years and was in dire need of a full renovation.
The team got to work and the transformation plays out really well in the images below. Work began in May 2019 and completed in August 2019.
