Sleaford Rd Development 1st Phase Approaching Completion

In Nov. 2019 after a long period of purchase delays we finally collected the keys to our largest and most ambitious project to date. 80 Sleaford Rd. Boston, Lincs. is a Victorian built 7 bedroom house stood in about 2/3rds of an Acre and walking distance to Boston Town Centre. It came with an outline planning permission for a single dwelling in the garden.

Since then we have obtained planning permission to split the main house into two 5 bedroom homes and build two new houses in the garden. The main house had been empty for over three years and required a heavy refurbishment as well as the work to split the utilities and layout.

Our amazing team on site have refurbished the existing house sympathetically, restoring its beautiful original Gabel wood work and bay windows including matching the stain glass patterns to protect the original street scene and local architectural look.

We’re approaching the end of Phase One now and the existing house has a new roof, new windows, all new walls and plaster inside and its new layout as two separate houses. Kitchens, 2nd fix and Utilities are going in during May and June and we plan to retain one of the houses as rental stock and market the other as a family home.

Next phase is to break ground on our new build properties which we are planning to have complete by Jan/Feb21.
